The KSS Golf Team has been looking for people to come out for their fundraiser this Sunday, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m, to test drive a Buick.

Both the Kwalikum Secondary (KSS) Golf Team and senior boys soccer team will be part of a fundraiser this weekend to raise money for next year.

Along with a Buick, the Kondor golf and soccer teams have been signing up people to test-drive some vehicles this Sunday

(10 a.m. to 4 p.m.) at the school.

For each person a student signs up, they receive $20 towards their team next season.

“It’s a fun little event we’ve got,” KSS soccer and golf coach Butch Gayton said. “It’s nice incentive for the kids to get out there and try to get as many people as they can to sign up so they can get some money back and it’s a fantastic thing that the fine people at Harris Parksville are doing for us to make this all possible.”

Anyone looking to sign up or for more information can contact Gayton at 250-752-5651 or bgayton@sd69.bc.ca
