Winnie was born in Redland, Alberta to Harold and Cecelia Offer on December 17, 1919. She passed away peacefully at the remarkable age of 104 on February 2, 2024 at "The Views" in Comox.
Winnie lived a long beautiful life, full of kindness and gratitude. Her greatest pride and joy was family, her husband Steve and son Roy took top priority.
She excelled at being a homemaker, and loved being a full time mother.
Winnie will be dearly missed by family and friends for her positive outlook on life. She often said, "I count my blessings, I have lived a good life."
She is lovingly remembered by her daughter in law Elaine, sister in laws Elaine Offer, Anna Offer, and Ann Glidden, brother in law Michael Semenchuk and many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Winnie was predeceased by her beloved husband Steve, her son Roy and her brothers, George, Stanley, Harold and Roy.
A service will be held on Saturday, February 10th, 2024 at 3pm at Piercy's Mt. Washington Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers please make a donation to the "Comox Valley Healthcare Foundation."
The family would like to say a special Thank you to all the Staff at "The Views" for the unwavering love, care and kindness shown to Winnie during her stay.
