In Loving Memory ~

Warren "Lee" Taylor passed away peacefully after a short illness on Tuesday, January 23, 2024, at the age of 78 years.

There will be no funeral service or tea at Lee's request.

Lee was born in Victoria, BC, July 4, 1945, and had been a resident of Revelstoke for 44 years before relocating to Penticton for the last 3 years. Lee worked for CP Rail till he had to retire due to injuries he received in a motorcycle accident.

Lee loved to fly airplanes, hunt, shooting and working on fixing and restoring firearms. He served as president of the Revelstoke Rod & Gun Club and a very active member of the Mt Begbie Pistol & Rifle Club for many years and formed many lifelong friendships. Lee also liked to travel with his wife Elaine and explore different places in BC and various states.

Lee is survived by his daughter Lee-Ann Brule of Penticton, grandson Dakota of Revelstoke and granddaughter Cheyenne (Grande Prairie). Sisters Sandy Karakai of Victoria, Karen (John) Logan of Qualicum Beach, Virginia (Stuart) Taylor of Qualicum Beach and Pam (Chris) Collingwood of Peachland. Extended family Debra (Ed) Beattie of Revelstoke, Kyle Beattie of Grande Prairie, Keiffer Beattie of Edmonton, Kaleigh (Dan) Doughty of Revelstoke, Beatrice Kozek of Revelstoke and her children Michael, Kristina and Renee.

Numerous nieces and nephews and many close friends.

Lee was predeceased by his wife Elaine, Mother Rosella, Father George and sister Roberta.

The family would like to say a special thank you to the staff and nurses at Trinity Care Center for all their caring help and support for Lee during his time there.
