It is with deep sadness and heavy hearts that we inform you of the passing of Victoria (Vicki) Anne Quiriconi (nee Johnson) born on January 11, 1951, in Trail, B.C., to Susan and Wilbur Johnson. She passed away on July 10, 2023, with her loving family by her side after a courageous battle with cancer.
Vicki is survived by her devoted husband Albert of 48 years, her loving children Jeremy and Adria, and her mother-in-law Lorena who treated her like a daughter.
Vicki worked at the Trail Hospital as a Housekeeper, Care Aide then a Physio Aide until her retirement. In her spare time, she liked to bake for various children's groups. She loved photographing nature and held a special place in her heart for animals, especially her beloved dog Mugs.
Vicki was the most loving, selfless and generous person who welcomed everyone into her home and made them feel like family. She will be deeply missed by all of those fortunate enough to have known her, and her legacy will certainly live on through all those who loved her and whose lives she touched.
We would like to thank the 3rd Floor nursing staff who cared for Vicki and a special thank you to Dr. Janet Fisher.
An intimate family gathering will be held at a later date as requested by Vicki and will be honored by the family.
