June 24, 1944 - June 23, 2024
After a long and courageous battle with cancer, Victor Henry Janzen went home to heaven one day before his 80th birthday.
Victor had a heart for serving the Lord and went out of his way to help and encourage everyone who had the privilege of crossing his path. He was loved by many and known for his generosity, humor and wit.
Vic loved his family above all else. He will be dearly missed by his loving wife of 59 years, Claudia, son Carl Janzen (Nicole), daughter Lisa Steinebach (Mark), grandchildren Rachel Merrell, Olivia Patillo, Victoria Jackson, Cecily Janzen and Elizabeth Anderson (and spouses), as well as 5 great grand-children.
He is also survived by his sister Peggy Van Achte and his sister-in-law, Trudy Janzen.
A celebration of Victor's life will be held on August 10th, 2024 at 1:30 pm at Sardis Community Church, 45625 South Sumas Rd, Chilliwack, BC.
