Vern Miskosky

In loving memory ~
With heavy hearts, we are so very sad to announce the passing of Vern Miskosky on November 20th, 2022, in Vernon, B.C.
Vern was predeceased by his loving wife of 59 years, Sharon Maida Miskosky, in 2019.
Vern leaves behind his three children, Rob (Rhonda) Miskosky, Dale (Marylou) Miskosky, and Kim (Art) Coles. Vern is also remembered and will be truly
missed by his three brothers, Cliff (Carol), Jerry (Edna) and Gordy (Carol) Miskosky, and his sister Josie Wakelam. Vern is further survived by six grandchildren, three great- grandchildren, two sisters-in-law, and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
Vern was a passionate outdoorsman and a great woodsman who loved hunting, fishing and camping. His skills in the bush were unmatched and he shared his knowledge with many relatives and friends over the years.
Always laughing and loving life, Vern will be sorely missed by those who had the honour of calling him a friend.
Cremation is in the care of Pleasant Valley Funeral Home.
A celebration of Vern's life will be held on June 24th at 1pm at the Army & Navy Club.
