The family of Shirley Patterson announce her peaceful passing, surrounded by loved ones. She is survived by her husband of 49 years Earle, son Richard Gibbons (Leonette), daughter Robyn Patterson, daughter-in-law Linda Gibbons, stepchildren Todd (Jeannie), Diana, and Chris (Lubna) as well as 14 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. In addition, she is survived by her sisters Wilma Wickham and Elaine Hansen, numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her sons Bruce Gibbons and Scott Gibbons and her brother Lorne Cain.
There will be a celebration of Life on June 12th from 5-7:30pm at the Chemainus Seniors Centre.
