In loving memory ~
Sheila was born on October 15, 1934. She passed away peacefully on October 22, 2022, after a life full of love with her family. She was predeceased by her husband, Russ and her daughter, Debbie Frigon. She will be dearly missed by her daughters Marilyn Anaka (Rick) and Sandra Whitty, her grandchildren Nadine Laronde (Jason), Brad DeVries (Larissa), Randy DeVries (Shaunna), her sisters Janet Williams and Penny Petersen (Ron), her 6 great grandchildren and her extended family and friends.
Sheila worked for RBC until retirement. In their senior years, Russ and Sheila travelled between Vernon and Yuma. She loved her time at home with her family and then looked forward to dancing, crafting, swimming and spending time with friends while in Yuma.
Sheila had a sunny outlook on life and always made everyone around her feel special with her interest in what they had going on in their lives. Her family meant everything to her and she looked forward to both family gatherings and day to day visits. Sheila loved baseball and could always be counted on to cheer for her beloved Blue Jays. She will be missed for her kind and caring heart and her positive outlook on life.
