Roy passed away Saturday September 9 2023, at Yucalta Lodge, Campbell River.
He was born June 23, 1937 in Winnipeg.
Predeceased by his wife Rose in 2018.
He is survived by his four sons. Mark (Sheila), Gordon (Kelly), Neal and Michael. Six grandchildren Charlene (Shannon), Tyler (Bo), Taylor (Andrew), Kelsey (Ryan), Kailyn, Nathan. Two great grandchildren Samuel and Bonnie. One sister Pat.
Roy married Rose in 1959 in Winnipeg Manitoba. Moving to Powell River in 1964. He worked as a real estate appraiser in Campbell River. Loved to play and coach hockey all his life. Enjoyed wood working and spent many years supporting Special Olympics.
Celebration of Life to be held October 21, 2:00 pm at Elk Falls Reception Centre, Elk Falls Cemetery, Highway 28.
