In Loving Memory ~
Rose will be dearly missed by her loving family: Daughter Leanne (Ernie), Grandchildren Brent (Ashley), Cole, Clayton (Chloe), and Alanna (Cameron); Great grandchildren Addison, Aiden, Oliver, and Noah. Sisters Verona and Gladys (Jim) and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
Rose was a sister to 4 siblings and was pre-deceased by her brother Danny Zitko and sister Celia Runka.
Mom was raised in Beaverdell and in 1972, she and Dad returned and settled there. She moved to 100 Mile House to be closer to her family after dad's passing in 2018.
Mom loved fishing, gardening, and picking wild berries and mushrooms. She was an amazing cook and volunteered her talents for any community event. Her borscht was a hit at the curling rink.
Mom was a hard worker and had careers that included nursing, working as a clerk for the forest service, accounting and operating a business.
Mom loved spending time with her family and friends.
A celebration of her life will be held in Beaverdell at a later date.
