Randell Barry Davidson passed away peacefully on June 16th, 2023 with family by his side. Randy will be dearly missed by his wife of 48 years, Evelyn, who tirelessly met his care needs since surviving a heart attack in 2020. Stephen, Naomi, Anita, Caleb and Eveleena will remember their musical, spunky, mechanic fixing-to-drive dad as a farmer at heart who wouldn’t turn down an ice-cold milk, a good back scratch or the opportunity to share the Truth wrapped up in entertaining story. Randy loved lending a hand, especially for siblings and in-laws close by: Kerry-Lynn, Donna, Mac, Penny and Linda. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews and 15 grandchildren.
Everyone Randy met was made to feel like family. His door was always open and coffee was always on. All who knew him will miss him. Predeceased by Tom and Jean Davidson, Harvey Davidson, Harold Peters. The Davidson family would like to thank their long time family doctor and staff at Shuswap Lake General Hospital who showed such care for Randy in his final weeks. The funeral service will be held at Broadview Evangelical Free Church on Friday, June 30th at 11:00AM. In lieu of flowers, Randy would encourage you to take a Sunday drive and drop in on a friend for a visit to remember!
