It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beautiful Mum.
Survived by her son Mark, daughter Lesley, grandson Kevin, extended family, and many good friends. Pat will be greatly missed and will always hold a special place in our hearts.
A life well lived, and well loved.
