Mike passed quietly in the early hours of June 19, after a brief but brave battle with cancer.
2 years ago, Mike lost his beloved wife, Patricia. They were married for 60 years.
He is survived by his son, Michael, daughter in law, Jamie, and grandsons, Cooper and Marshall.
Hailing from St. John's, Newfoundland, Mike loved a party better than anyone. He enjoyed a moderate scotch, a Sunday dinner with extra gravy, countless Mill Lake walks, was the best golfer and fisherman, and claimed to always win on the slots on his many road trips to Nevada.
Please join Mike's family and friends for a celebration of his remarkable life on Saturday, July 15, 11am-1pm at Ancora Housing social room, 1961 Eagle Street, Abbotsford.
