In loving memory ~
It’s with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our mom Margaret Murphy. Sometimes we are blessed in life to meet someone who epitomizes gentleness and kindness, and we were lucky enough to have that person as our mom. She was our best friend and confidante and she will be sorely missed. We are comforted only by the fact that she is no longer suffering in pain.
Her grandchildren Taya, Aidan, Owen and Evelyn never doubted her love for them – she was always happiest when around them. So many amazing memories of her laughing and so proud of the gifts she gave them on birthdays and Christmas… she loved to wickedly wrap gifts to make it a challenge to open them! Yes, duct tape might have been involved from time to time!
She is survived by her husband of 55 years Laine, her daughters Cara and Christal, grandkids Taya, Aidan, Owen and Evelyn. Mourning her loss is also her sister Josie, and a large extended family of in-laws, nieces and nephews.
We are so thankful to have loved her and been loved by her.
