Linda Parker passed away peacefully in hospital in Tucson, Arizona on April 26, 2024. She was born September 11, 1961 to Bill and Evelyn Baker in Vancouver B.C.
Linda grew up in West Vancouver and graduated from Sentinel Secondary. Linda loved to knit, read and sing especially in the car and sang in her church choir in West Vancouver.
In the early years Linda was a lifeguard for the City of Burnaby. Linda met the love of her life Paul in 1994 and they moved to Vancouver Island where she worked in the paper and packaging industry. She will always be remembered for her nails, outgoing personality and smile. Linda had a deep love for her schnauzer dogs.
Linda and Paul had 30 years of love and happiness together and were truly best friends with many trips and adventures many spent on the water boating.
The last 13 years Linda enjoyed her winters in Arizona golfing and enjoying the sun.
Linda is predeceased by her father Bill Baker and sister Karen. She is survived by her mother Evelyn and brother Allan (Marla) Baker.
In lieu of flowers a donation can be made to the SPCA.
As per Linda's request there will be no service.
