In loving memory ~
Lies was born on September 5, 1939, in Capelle aan den IJssel, in the Netherlands and passed away peacefully at home at the age of 83 on December 8, 2022.
Dad along with his family immigrated from the Netherlands in 1950. He enjoyed dairy farming in Chilliwack until his retirement.
Dad will be sadly missed by his loving wife Jacoba of 60 years, and their children; Jackie and Derk Vossebelt, Art and Joni Van Klei, Carol Van Klei, Nellie Van Klei, Les and Ria Van Klei, Gary and Christie Van Klei, Mark and Christa Van Klei, as well as 27 grandchildren and 34 great-grandchildren.
He was predeceased by his infant brother, and in-laws: Johanna and Bertus Verwoert, Leonard, Jacob and Jan Hendrick Kooyman. He is survived by his siblings Gary, Ali and Art, as well as two sisters-in-law.
