On April 30, 2022, our dear Leona Andersen passed away peacefully in her sleep at her home in Chilliwack.
Leona is survived by her husband Lloyd, and her sons: Phil (Monica), Doug (Penny), Tim; her four grandchildren, Kory, Matt, Kelly, Meaghan; and eight great-grandchildren.
Lloyd and Leona moved to Chilliwack in 1986, where Lloyd transferred as Postmaster. Leona was an active member in her church community organizing seniors programs and outings and always closely linked to the youth. She was a service worker at the Chilliwack General Hospital for several years.
She will be missed and remembered as a fearlessly giving and generous soul.
