In loving memory ~
Laurence Joseph Profili, 80, of Rossland, BC passed away at home on June 1st, 2022.
Larry was born on May 25, 1942 in Rossland to Rose and Louis Profili. After graduating from RSS he started working at Cominco then took a leave to travel in Europe backpacking with his friends. He fell in love with Spain and shared stories of this travels with anyone who would listen. After returning to Rossland he returned to Cominco and purchased his beloved 1970 Ford Torino Convertible which he regularly reminded his family that it was his original baby. He married his best friend Lyn on June 8, 1973 and moved into their forever home on Thompson Avenue and started their family.
After retiring Larry could be found on his deck enjoying the sun tending to his tomato plants and visiting with his friends and family. He loved his trips with cousin Jimmy to the many casinos across the line. He cheered on the Toronto Maple Leafs and was always optimistic for their next season.
Larry was preceded by his parents Rose and Louis, stepfather Murray McLellan, sister Anita, sister-in-law Arleen Profili, in-laws Bill and Doreen Cusator and best bud Bugsy Ferguson.
