Ken Darbyshire

In loving memory ~
Ken passed away November 29th, 2022 at 89. Ken moved to Golden in 1960. He lived in Golden until 1999, when he and his wife Norma moved to Manitoba.
Ken lead a very full life. He could been seen jogging around Golden. He also jogged to work in Donald, at Evan Forest Products.
Ken enjoyed dogs mostly Black Labs. Ken was involved in many clubs in Golden and continued in Manitoba Legion, Lions, Toastmasters and the CSRD. Ken also square danced, he and Norma continued to square dance up
until a few years ago.
He also was the faller brush salesman for a few years. Ken married later in life that didn't slow him down, he and Norma enjoyed going out in the community of Bowsman.
He continued to jog and joined a winter walking club.
Ken and Norma enjoyed many trips back to Golden and toured the country side along the way.
Ken left his wife Norma, dog Molly, a sister Ann, many nieces and nephews, sisters and brother in laws.
Kens service to be held in Bowsman, Manitoba December 15th, 2022 under the direction of Paull Funeral Home.
Donation to the Bowsman Legion in lieu of flowers.
