In Loving Memory (1943-February 2024) ~
After a brief battle with cancer, "Kitten" made her way to heaven, surrounded by her loved ones.
Left to celebrate her life are twin brother Clarence, sister Darlene; children Deanna (Ron), Chris (Candice), and Brenda-lee (Gary); grandchildren Jessica, Promise and Joshua; step grands and great grands, beloved nieces and nephews.
For 25 years, Karen was "workmom" to her Pharmasave family. She served her community through Sooke Lioness, the Baptist Church, and Red Hats. She made cakes, gave hugs and sage advice to all who needed.
Karen spent her last few years in the sunny Okanagan, but her heart belonged in Sooke.
A celebration of Karen's life will be held on Saturday May 11, 2024 at 1:00 pm upstairs at the Sooke Legion.
Mom loved her bling. Please feel free to sparkle in remembrance of her.
