Judy was born in Ceylon Saskatchewan on December 12th, 1945, and passed away in Salmon Arm on May 31st, 2023, after a brief battle with cancer.
Judy was predeceased by her parents, John and Helen Lambrecht. Judy is survived by her loving husband Steve, two sons Darren (Tracey) and Randy (Diane) and her grandchildren, Chase and Kai Montgomery. She is also survived by her brother Larry Lambrecht, sister Valerie (Al) Howlett, and her sister Catherine Lambrecht as well as many relatives in western Canada and Ontario.
She and Steve were married on November 28th, 1964, in Richmond, B.C., and lived in Richmond, Surrey, and Vancouver before moving to Blind Bay. Judy loved entertaining and had many dinner parties, especially at Christmas time. One of her favourite things was travel, in particular cruises and Las Vegas where she enjoyed casinos. Judy was a strong supporter of the Blue Jays and the Salmon Arm Silverbacks.
Judy's funeral will be held at a later date at Our Lady of the Lake Parish in Blind Bay. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to a charity of your choice.
