December 29, 1956 - May 2, 2024
Joy Audrey Mary Hemsworth sadly passed away peacefully at Royal Columbian Hospital on May 2, 2024. Born on December 29th, 1956 at Vancouver Memorial Hospital. Joy was a nurse before becoming a mother. She enjoyed travelling the world and her favourite spot to travel was Hawaii.
Joy was preceded by her parents Gordon and Mary Bicknell and brothers Peter and Don Bicknell.
Joy is survived by her partner Joe, her sister Mary-Anne, her son Jeff (Stephanie) and daughter Sara (Federico). Her grandchildren Cashton, Wyatt and Quinn.
Funeral service will be held at Victory Memorial Park and Funeral Center at 14831 28th Ave, Surrey, BC on Friday, May 24th, 2024 at 1:00pm.
Reception to follow at 2-4pm
