Josephine (Jo) passed away peacefully at Campbell River General Hospital. Beloved Wife of the late Peter (Pete). Loving Mother of the late Edgar and Gail (Peter).
She leaves behind her loving son Roy, Daughter-in-law Maggie, Yvonne and Nora, Grandchildren Jade, Joey, Santana, Veronica, Anthony, and Kandis, Great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and families in Belfast (Northern Ireland) and Canada.
Josephine was born in Norquay Saskatchewan, where she lived and farmed until she, Pete, and her family moved to Campbell River in 1956.
She always loved to joke and tease everyone. She loved to fish and hunt with the family, can fish, and preserve fruit and many vegetables.
She will be deeply missed by her family and all who knew her.
