In loving memory ~
With great sadness, we are announcing the passing of my dad, John Henry Sidgwick, on June 23 at the age of 83.
John was born and raised in the Cowichan Valley. He worked in logging then at Crofton Mill. After early retirement, he moved to Horsefly, B.C., to be closer to his favourite hunting and fishing spots. He was a man of many talents.
Predeceased by his parents, Jack and Doris Sidgwick. Lovingly remembered by daughter Louise (Mark Bujold), granddaughters Christina and Jessica, siblings Doreen (Harry), Bob (Laverne), Betty-lou, very dear friends Hank and Nancy Elzinga, and others both on the island and Horsefly.
Love you, dad.
