Jocelyne Madoc Harris died peacefully in Victoria, B.C., on July 18, 2023. She lived for many years in Terrace where she devoted much of her time volunteering with St Matthew's Anglican Church. Predeceased by husband Geoff, Jocelyne is survived by daughters Susan, Jill and Caroline, five grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
