Jarett James McInenly passed away peacefully on November 29, 2023 surrounded by family at his home in Red Deer, Alberta.
Jarett will be lovingly remembered by his children; son, Hunter and daughter, Kaci; mother, Bonnie DeFehr; sisters Lisa Salmon (Don) and Denise Watts (Clint); brother David McInenly (Tina); nieces, nephews and many friends; as well as his loving dog Cash. He was predeceased by his father, James McInenly and stepfather, Albert DeFehr.
Born in Red Deer on May 22, 1968, Jarett was a sensitive and caring child. As he grew up in Stettler his quick wit and sense of humour attracted many friends and made for some memorable gatherings both with friends and family in which he thoroughly enjoyed. He had a thriving career in the oil and gas industry because of his innovative and visionary thinking. Jarett loved the better parts of life; his cars, man cave, cheering his children on in their sports endeavours and his family.
A private service will be held at the family's request.
