The family of Jack Albert Slocum is saddened to announce the passing of our husband, brother and uncle. Preceded by his parents Albert and Winona.
Survived by his dear wife Sandra Brown and his extended families at the Departure Bay Volunteer Fire Department and the Nanaimo Clippers. Jack was known by many to be very social in the community.
