Helen passed away on February 17, 2022 at Cascade Lodge at the age of 97 years. She was born February 13, 1925 in Chilliwack BC.
Helen is survived by her children, son Harper Clinton, and daughter, Roma Dileen.
She was predeceased by husband, Harper Dougan Owen.
