In loving memory ~
It is with deep sadness that the family of Gordon Wayne Genis announces his sudden passing on March 19th, 2023 at the age of 57.
He is survived by his mother Caroline Genis; son Brent Genis (Alicia) and grandbabies Maddie and Rhett; son Carson Genis (Kaylee); daughter Abby Genis and grandson Jax; brother Gregg Genis (Sonia); and ex-wife Selena Bergman. We as a family will remember the kind and loving person that he was before addiction took his life.
As a mother, losing my son means losing a piece of my soul for good. I will keep praying that you are now safe from harm and smiling once again. Love Mom
A celebration of life will be held at the Crofton Community Centre Hall on Sunday, April 16th, 2023 from 1:00 to 4:00pm. In lieu of flowers please make a donation to the Salvation Army to help those suffering from addictions.
