In loving memory ~
On July 28th, 2023, a beautiful, funny soul left this world at the tender age of 84. Fred will be dearly missed, but the mark he left on people will never be forgotten. His sense of humour was tremendous and was only rivalled by his kindness and his wonderful heart. His Italian heritage really showed in his outgoing nature, which drew the wide range of friends he had in his life to him. He was a loving husband to Virginia, his wife of 55 years, and a wonderful father to his children Jodi and Neil as well as grand/great grandfather to many young-uns.
He is probably spending his afterlife relaxing by a scenic lake, catching the odd fish, and surrounded by all the beloved family dogs who adored him and have been waiting for him.
A memorial service will be held on August 14th at the Salmon Arm Elk’s Hall (3690 30th St NE Salmon Arm) from 11 – 2. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the charity of your choosing.
