Frank was born in Cranbrook, BC, to Walter and Rita Holdsworth. He was the eldest of three children with a younger brother, Eric and sister Judy.
He met Eleanor (Hirt) in Kimberley and they married in 1950. Together they raised their five children and were married for over 66 years.
Frank was pre-deceased by his wife, Eleanor (2017), his brother Eric (2017) and his eldest daughter Susan (2009). He is survived by his sons Randy (Jodi), Dan (Shelly), Steve (Ann) and his daughter Julia (David Langille).
He is also survived by his son-in-law Eric Hough and all those grandchildren.
