Elva Gildroy known and loved by her family and friends as "BABE", was born September 23, 1938 in Sackville, NB and passed away November 27, 2022.
Babe is survived by her daughter Hollie Middleton (Brian); granddaughters Christina Stevens, Melanie Soo (Matt), and Tyleisha Smith (Alex); her great granddaughters Loralei, Peyton, Katrina and Anastasia; as well as many nieces and nephews.
Babe was predeceased by her husband Fleming Gildroy; parents Chester and Doris; brothers Russell and Gary; sister Nellie; and son Rusty.
Babe loved her family and friends and her times spent at the Legion on Fraser Street in Vancouver, BC, fondue nights and most of all her many summers at Birch Bay Leisure Park. Babe made a lasting impression everywhere she went and with everyone she met.
Mom, Grandma, you will forever be missed.
Babe requested no service but a small gathering which will take place in the summer of 2023.
