In loving memory ~
Afterglow - Unknown
I'd like the memory of me to be a happy one.
I'd like to leave an afterglow of smiles when life is done.
I'd like to leave an echo whispering softly down the ways,
Of happy times and laughing times and bright and sunny days.
I'd like the tears of those who grieve, to dry before the sun;
Of happy memories that I leave when life is done.

We announce the passing of Edith Pansegrau: a wonderful wife, daughter, sister, mother, grandmother and friend. Edith was very private in her last days. "Death is a natural part of life but dying is a path that we must each walk alone. I have had a good life. We've had lots of good times over the years; lots of parties and family gatherings, lots of travelling and good health. I wish you all happiness in the coming years."
Edith was predeceased by her husband Henry, son Gordon, and her parents. She is survived by daughter Linda (Ian), grandsons Willem and Cormac, and siblings; Richard (Lynn) and Eleanor (Arnold), along with nieces and nephews, extended family members, and friends.
Her wishes were to be cremated and laid to rest in the Oyama cemetery, and that there be no service.
