Earla Clark

Earla Clark

Earla Rosemary Clark passed away at the Elk Valley Hospital early on July 6, 2011 with her husband and family by her side.

Richard lovingly cared for his wife over their 28 yr. marriage and provided what he could for all her family. Earla wanted to give to all with a strong and generous heart, and whatever made Earla happy also made Richard happy. Earla would rather go without so that she could help others.

She loved camping, knitting and reading. She also loved to spoil children, and they all knew it. She was one of Jehovah’s Witnesses and enjoyed teaching others about the Bible.

Besides her husband, Earla will be lovingly remembered by her children: Rosemary (Phil) Meeks of Calgary, Lollita (Gordon) Gard of Grande Prairie, and David Clark (Willi Jo) of Lethbridge, and her granddaughter Allissia Clarke. She is also survived by parents Ken and Earla Samel of Sparwood, her sister Beryletta Robinson of Sparwood, her brother Ken (Wanda) Samel of Rockglen, SK, and sister Betty (Roger) Hutton of Sparwood, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins, who all knew her well and will miss her.

The Memorial Service was held at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Sparwood on Monday, July 11th.

Arrangements entrusted to Cherished Memories Funeral Services Ltd.
