Dorothy Isabel Brown (nee Freeth) died peacefully, surrounded by her children on Jan 26th, 2025 at the great age of 98.
Dorothy was born in Swindon, England on October 26,1926. She married David in India in 1947 and emigrated to Canada in 1951.
Predeceased by her parents Reginald and Norah Freeth, husband David and oldest son Christopher.
She is survived by her children: Simon (Frieda), Ian and Caroline (Clive). Her grandchildren: Jason (Tammy) their children Nathan and Morgan, Jesse his children Solomon and Theodore and their mother Terri, Holly (Hauke), Sean (Tona), and Laurence.
Her memorial service will be held at St Mary of the Incarnation Anglican Church, 4125 Metchosin Rd. on April 12 at 11:00am.
In honour of her memory, donations may be made in her name to Gideons International in Canada or the BCSPCA.
