July 13, 1943 - July 22, 2024
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of David Martin Sproat of Pitt Meadows, who went to be with his Heavenly Father on July 22, 2024. Dave will be remembered as a devoted husband to Diana and a loving father to his daughters Sylvia (Wade) Barrett and Helen (Glen) Carelse, and his son David Blasby. He is also cherished by his grandchildren Kaitlyn (Ian), Elizabeth, Dylan, Elise, Aiden, Madison, and Anuva. Dave was preceded in death by his daughter Susan Sproat.
Dave will be deeply missed for his kind spirit, dedication to family, and his willingness to serve others. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the BC Cancer Foundation in his memory.
A celebration of Dave's life will be held on Saturday, August 10, 2024, at 1:30 PM at Maple Ridge Alliance Church, 20399 Dewdney Trunk Rd, Maple Ridge, BC.
