Crystal Lynn Parlee

It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of wife, mom, daughter and sister, Crystal Lynn Parlee on March 26, 2022 in Burns Lake, BC. Survived by her family:
husband Gord Coles; sons Anthony and Jack; daughters Savannah and Katelynn, all from Burns Lake; parents Gord and April Parlee of Duncan, BC; brother Gordie of Duncan; sister Monika of Williams Lake; auntie Teresa of Saanich; uncle Brian of Chemainus; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
There will be a Celebration of Life at the Hub in Cowichan Station on July 9th, 1 - 3 followed by a tea.
Crystal was born in Vanderhoof on December 22, 1978. She grew up at Skutz Falls and loved mushroom picking, swimming, walking the river trails, riding on her motorcycle in the mountains with Dad, Mom and Gordie. She traveled from home to Alaska 3 times and all through the Yukon to Disneyland, as well as many trips to Alberta and all over BC. She also went on a school trip to Japan. She loved canoeing, camping and fishing.
Crystal went to school in Lake Cowichan. After school she moved to Victoria where she worked at Saint Mary's as a Health Care Worker for many years, finally transferring to Burns Lake. Then they bought a home out of town where she raised her pets and chickens with her family.
