It is with deep sadness that we announce our Dad passed away peacefully Friday, January 6th, 2023.
He is predeceased by his father Clem Sr., mother Florence and sister Pauline. He is survived by his son Breadon (Sarah, Brooklynn, Gavin, Addison and Gage), daughter Tiernan (Travis, Damon, Becca), his beloved Dew Dog, brother Pat (Morgen, Bergen and Reegen), nephew Joey Shand and best friend Scott Renwick.
Dad had an adventurous life. He travelled far and wide; overseas, Belize, Panama, Alaska and beyond. He loved exploring the outdoors and finding hidden more secluded spots to set up camp, fish or boat.
Clem was extremely smart and anyone that knew him knew he could engineer just about anything... and did.
He lived the Clem way.
We will miss his stories (usually accompanied with a little bit of grumbling), conversations, general B.S. sessions and advice.
He had a long career in the logging industry then went on to other ventures eventually ending his career in the energy industry. Dad was one of the hardest-working people we knew.
He loved Nelson. It was his home.
We love you, dad. You were truly one of a kind.
