Clarke, formerly from Winnipeg and Kenora , passed away in Duncan where he and his wife Phyllis lived for many years. He celebrated his 100th Birthday this summer in B.C. with all his family together.
He had his family with him when he passed after getting Covid.
A celebration of life in B.C. will be announced at a later date.
