In Loving Memory ~
Catherine (Bea) passed away peacefully on March 19th while in long-term care in Burnaby, B.C.
She is predeceased by her parents Norman and Kathleen Casler, her brother Bill, her son Blaine Dieter, her first husband Ralph Dieter, and her second husband Peter Clout.
She is survived by her other siblings Sam and Lillian, her daughter Edna Laffey (nee Dieter), and her son's children Amber, Emily, and Rylan (Ila).
Catherine was born in Tisdale, Saskatchewan and was raised and married in Smithers. Eventually, in her middle life, she relocated to Coquitlam where she and her second husband Peter Clout extensively devoted their time to the Fraternal Order of Eagles.
Catherine travelled to Europe, Trinidad, Hawaii, and Australia, all of which gave her great satisfaction. In her later years, she continued to enjoy her knitting, bingo events, casino visits, and socializing at the Dogwood Pavilion for Seniors.
Many thanks to the caring staff of Fellburn Care Centre in Burnaby.
As per Catherine's wishes, no memorial service will be observed; rather those who wish to may donate to a charity of their choosing.
