In loving memory ~
It is with great sadness and broken hearts that we announce the unexpected passing of Carrie Jo Normandy / McDames.
Carrie leaves behind her daughter Savannah, spouse Tim, stepchildren Megan, Amanda and Hillary, Mother Judy and siblings Debbie, Rob and Vickie.
Carrie was one of four children born to Bob and Judith Normandy. Carrie was born and raised in Terrace. In her teenage year Carrie was part of the 747 air cadets and often shared many memorable moments. Carrie did briefly move to Vancouver but missed Terrace and her family bringing her back home.
Carrie had two loves in her life. Her daughter Savannah and her family. Savannah was Carries pride and joy. She loved the outdoors and anything outdoorsy. Carrie enjoyed mushroom picking. She would often say she feels at home and at peace in the forest.
Carrie had a huge heart. She will be missed by all who know her.
There will be a celebration of life for Carrie in the Spring. Date and place to be announced.
