In loving memory ~

Brian was born in St. Albans, England. He immigrated to Vancouver Island at the age of two with his parents Vera and Jack, both deceased.

Brian started his career at DND Dockyard, straight from school. He was offered a drafting apprenticeship in DND, which he took. He retired at the age of 52 as Supervisor of the Drafting office.

He had a great love for music, playing in bands at school and a dance band "The Bandits" for many years. The band was inducted into the "Rock and Roll Hall of Fame".

Brian volunteered at Victoria High School for 25 years after retiring in the Automotive/Mechanics Shops. He belonged to VMSC Car Club; tinkering on anything he could fix; camping was another of his many joys.

Love for family was number one. He is survived by his wife Wendy of 52 years; their 2 children Darryl and Cheryl; their respective spouses Leigha and Reid; 5 amazing grandchildren Ryder, Kohen, Ewan, Hunter and Beckham.

His zest for life, a funny joke and good nature will be missed by all. We know a bright star shines for him.

A Celebration of Life will be held in his memory on March 15, 2025 at Cobblestone Pub from 10 am-1 pm.
