With her friends by her side, Audrey came to the end of her life’s journey on Wednesday, May 17th surrounded by the warm and caring staff at Ridge Meadows Hospice. Audrey was born on August 30, 1955, in Estevan, Saskatchewan. She was predeceased by her parents Tom (1993), Janie (1996) and her bother Paul (2017). Left to miss her dearly are her Aunt Nan Lee, her best friend of 60 years Virginia Wesner, the “family of her heart” Brad and Ann-Marie Baron, Shawndra, Drake, Thomas, Katie and baby Henry, high school friend Karen Southall and the many, many other friends, children and family’s she touched working as an ECE. Audrey loved knitting and her cats Whoot, Daisy, Ash and Sally.
The Family would like to thank her amazing neighbours, Paul and Bertha Cruckshank, for their kindness and compassion during her illness. Audrey’s ashes will be laid to rest with her parents and brother in the Maple Ridge Cemetery.
