With deep sorrow, the family of Angelo Pellizzari wishes to announce his peaceful passing on May 28, 2023.
He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 65 years, Luisa (Millin) along with his children: Larry (Fiona), George (Karolyn), his son-in-law Lyle Wallace (Marita), his grandchildren Bobby Wallace and Theresa Payne (Curtis); Giuliana and Cristina Pellizzari; AJ and Shayna Pellizzari; and his great-grandson Ozzy Payne.
Angelo was sadly predeceased by his daughter Grace, and sons Danny and Frank.
Angelo was born in Montebelluna, Italy, on December 6, 1927, where he grew up with his eight siblings on a farm. He moved to Trail, BC in 1951 and met his wife Luisa in 1953. In his free time, Angelo loved to garden and prided himself on his bountiful and delicious vegetables, especially his tomatoes. He lived a full and active life and will be greatly missed by family and friends, far and wide.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, June 29, 2023, at Holy Trinity Catholic Parish with Father Francis dela Cruz, Celebrant. The interment will take place at Mountain View Cemetery. Bill Clark of Clark's Funeral Services has been entrusted with arrangements.
