Albert (Ernie) Ernest Nash passed away peacefully on May 30, 2025 in Port Alberni surrounded by so much love, chatter and laughter. He is now reunited with his beautiful wife, Lois Nash.
Ernie is lovingly remembered by his 4 daughters, Marie Marx, Barb Mercer (Jack), Carol Veenkamp (Ben), Lorrie Nash, 6 granddaughters, Chelsea Dufficy (Chris), Denaye Melenius (David), Tasia Veenkamp (Geoff), Brittany Lothrop (Marc), Lanie Jones (Steven), Courtney Del Gallego (Carlos) and a host of great grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held at The Italian Hall on July 6, 2025 from 1pm to 4pm. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to be made at the Heart & Stroke Foundation, First Open-Heart Society or Ty Watson House.
