Police are asking for the public’s help in finding a missing Maple Ridge man who has a distinctive tattoo.

Ridge Meadows RCMP have been trying to locate 40 year old Kenneth Joseph Armand Sherman, who was recently reported as missing.

“Mr. Sherman was reported as being missing by his family,” Cpl. Alanna Dunlop said. “To date, police have followed up on investigational leads, such as checking the areas he frequents, which are Maple Ridge, the Downtown Eastside of Vancouver and Port Alberni.

“So far there has been no sign of him, or further leads to follow up on.”

Sherman is described as a Caucasian male, approximately 5’9” and weighing 176 pounds. He has a noticeable tattoo of a skull and butterfly on the front of his throat. He has brown hair, brown eyes, and had a moustache and beard at the time he went missing.

“Police are hoping that by releasing his photograph, someone will contact the lead investigator and we can determine if he is safe,” said Dunlop.

• Anyone with any information regarding Kenneth Sherman is asked to call Const. Chris Wilson of the Ridge Meadows RCMP at 604-467-7669, or the police agency in the area he is currently in.
