Re-invent your self and your life in 100 days

Life coach Jodi Seery offers a meta-makeover program for women that goes beyond surface beauty

For those of you who have seen makeovers in magazines and on TV and wondered how to get on for yourself, wonder no more.

Women of the Okanagan have the opportunity to experience a makeover of their own with the 100 Days to the NEW YOU Meta-Makeover Program beginning April 3 and led by life coach Jodi Seery and her Meta-Makeover team of professionals.

“When the people on TV who received the makeovers are visited a year after their makeover they very often look much like their pre-makeover self, because the change that was made was a superficial change on the outside,” said Seery. “This is not that kind of makeover program. This is a mind, body, energy, style and life Meta-Makeover that begins with 100 days of inner transformation ignited through online group classes, personal private coaching, between-class home ‘play’ rather than home ‘work’ and individual energy alignment and re-balancing to bring inner clarity, confidence and stability. Lasting life change is generated from the inside out.”

In addition to the 100 days of personal support, guidance and accountability of a life coach, participants will also experience an introductory yoga class at Arise Yoga by Lisa Dumas, an introductory Pilates class at Neumovement Pilates by Hayley Harkness and a wardrobe and appearance workshop as well as a personal shopping experience by image consultant Kirsti Kirkness. And to complete their metamorphosis, participants will receive an outer makeover that honours, celebrates and reflects their newly revealed inner selves. The finale makeover weekend at the end of the 100 days includes a hair style makeover by Matrix hair artist Jessica Nicole Johnson, a makeup makeover by makeup artist Amy Gervais and style makeover by Kirkness, all captured in a photo shoot by photographer Kerry MacLeod. The program wraps up with an evening gala event to celebrate each woman’s transformation from the inside-out.

The program is limited to 10 women, with spaces filling quickly. Registration closes March 31 or as remaining spaces fill. For full details and registration visit
